Made with boned shoulders of Gloucester Old Spot pork from Hill House Farm marinated in our in-house rub and slow-cooked for 16 hours.
Enough for two, this meal simply needs boiling or steaming in it’s bag for just 6 minutes. Then just snip the bag open and serve. We recommend eating this meal for two with a sour dough bread roll and dry coleslaw (not provided).
The bag and box are both fully recyclable, all you need to do is rinse the plastic bag out.
